Girth Flanges
Girth flanges are used for mating two segments of a pressure vessel. These parts are also widely used in shell and tube heat exchangers and other process equipment to mate various components. There are two common kinds of girth flange such as welded hub joint, loose type (without hub) Girth flanges are found in shell & tube exchangers for the shell and channel barrels.
Fabrication
Our workshops have been equipped with modern machineries including CNC drilling machines in order to make any kind of girth flanges. All machining activities such as lathe machining, drilling and surface milling can be carried out exactly according to client's drawings and specifications. As all of drilling activities is programmed computer and done by state of art CNC machineries, there would not be any possible mistake caused by human.
Material
The strict use of high quality raw material is guaranteed and proved by raw material certificate with each delivery. Material range is varied from ordinary carbon steel to alloy steel, all grades of Stainless Steel, non-ferrous (Brass, Al-Brass, Copper Nickel) and wide range of Clad Steel consisting of corrosion resistant materials.
